Niterra is a Japanese conglomerate. 2022 Revenue was approximately $656B. Net income was $66B. Japan imports almost 100% of it's shrimp. Estimated total is about $2.5B. My guess is they are going try and capture 50% of that market over the next few years. That would result in $1.25B in new revenue and about $400M in Net income. That will be in the form to NSI in either a license agreement or JV. License agreement would be a flat fee and approximately 6% of sales or $75m per year for NSI. JV would split revenue and net income. Don't think they are going to have any capital issues now, between Niterra and the $41M in YOTA. Tech is now on 2 continents. 3rd continent (Europe) is underway (Norway). One last thing: the Japanese are in for the long game. Word is they've been working with NSI for over a year.
