Just to hear your point. Why wouldn't NWBO PR this combo trial? Is it that UCLA as co-developer gets to market their vaccine that they created royalty free?

No.

The point is that many do not think NWBO has any ownership interest in the UCLA ATL-DC for various reasons.

UCLA had an ATL-DC before NWBO approached them. And there are no royalties in play as the patents on both the UCLA ATl-DC (if any existed) and the NWBO -L are gone.

So now any NWBO ownership is based on contractual agreements. And there we have only seen two from 2 decades ago that would not provide NWBO any rights. Any contract would be material, and those must be disclosed.

And if NWBO has no ownership inetrest, and they discuss it, they would have to make clear it is not their property.
