People JUST DO NOT GET IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where a home would sit maybe 1-2 weeks here when rates were low, there are homes in my addition that have now been on the market for months.
My addition has always been sought after by buyers, norm here even when rates were in the 5-6 range a home would not sit for more than about 3 weeks max if IF IF it was realistically priced.

This to me is a PRIME EXAMPLE of peoples CONCERN over the current and UPCOMING economy, and they do not like anything they see......

Gonna get lots worse imho
