I've seen it take as long as 14 months. Though in this case, likely a few weeks to a couple months. Problem is, even if the Judge rules in favor of RedHawk, folks holding revoked RedHawk stock are very unlikely to benefit from it in anyway. Why would they? How could they? They hold untradable stock in a company with nothing. Insiders of RedHawk are the only ones that could benefit.
