Actually been trading high risk investments over 20 years. Retired in my 40's and now 64. I understand penny stocks very well, and I also understand that the regulatory agencies turn a blind eye for the most part. My main beef with the OTC is the MM's. They control the game. Good for you to get a scam CEO behind bars. Can you work on the MM's/funds next?
