The SEC takes the position that the OTC is knuckleheads screwing over other knuckleheads.
It has to especially egregious for the SEC to become involved.
Fairly recently I helped get the CEO of a scam investigated by the SEC they turned it over to the DOJ and he got 12 years in Federal Prison.
But the best is that an ihub pumper got busted along with the CEO.
The SEC is starting to crack the heads of the bottom feeding pumpers.
"Of course, there is enforcement on any publicly traded Company! Fraud doesn't get a pass on any level. Please explain where there is fraud here/enforcement needed?"
The OTC is filled with fraud - actually I don't know a single company that is a legitimate business on the OTC. Except for Foreign companies and you can find them because they have an F in their ticker symbol.
