The bimonthly list is a 2 page report in small print. I recommend using the "find" feature to look for the term "Northwest". It won't be "NWBO".

So is this another NWBO "quite period" being pushed by longs? An attempt to hype approval is possibly coming on every release of this report? There is zero chance it shows up on that undisclosed.

Companies will always disclose material approvals. For a US public company it would be illegal not to.

Asserting that UK forbids it is pure NWBO SMA nonsense. Look up almost any MHRA approval that is PR'd and you will see the PR predates the official document. Start with Casgevy.
