1) they buy any co with massive debt, and pay themselves salary ,working around the debt for years paying themselves. Basically getting a salary
2)buy a co,then pump and dump while trading it.plus using dilution.
3)buy a co or in dbmm case use the fact that they got delisted. To spend years and millions to get relisted, while collecting salary, plus trading it, while not diluting it.
All cases are similar.
The main business is the trading of the stock, either with dilution or in dbmm case ,each win ,each pr allowing for trading profit from the trades, though not every win ,allowed them to trade, however that was the goal
Of course we thought they would actually have meaningful business to follow the dismissal, allowing them to trade, we were wrong
Now the stock is like any pinky out their with some concept that they will conquer the this and that billions Market place
