The website is down due to receiving a rejection of the MAA, which then made management realize that they were doomed to begin with. They proceeded to take any and all available cash and run out the door. Their final order to DI was to shut down the website, and instead leave a JPEG of a trash bag; representative of what stockholders would be carrying from here on out until the SEC revokes us from the OTC....
