Curious just how YOU interpret his statement.
To me it seems as though he is saying ifin one didn't jump through his imaginary HOOPs, this statement INFERS that other WMB bond holders will be ripped off by their brokers and ONLY HE WILL BE PAID or those that jumped through the same HOOPS HE DID will be paid.........
