Trumpty is having a big mad.

It has been a contentious day today in E. Jean Carroll's lawsuit against Donald Trump for defamation.

Trump's attorney Alina Habba has repeatedly been admonished by Judge Kaplan for:

1. Not standing up when she makes objections.

2. Continuing to make objections on things that have already been ruled upon, such as Trump wanting the trial postponed for Melania's mother's funeral tomorrow.

3. Making improper speeches during objections.

Judge Kaplan has warned Trump twice to keep quiet, as he continues to grumble and gripe about a "witch hunt" and "con job" while Carroll was testifying. At the end of an afternoon break, Trump was warned that he would be removed from the trial if he kept it up. Trump then responded, "I would love it!" and Kaplan said that he knew he would.

When the parties returned from the break, Trump's lawyer moved to disqualify Judge Kaplan from the trial, alleging that one of Carroll's lawyers was formerly a law clerk for him. He also cited an "atmosphere of hostility" in the courtroom towards them from the judge. The motion was denied.
