If you meant a 'change in management', as in someone else much more qualified takes the CEO position and makes the decisions, that would be excitable and IMO the stock price will react positively for the stockholders.

If you meant that THIS management stays and 'changes' their approach, history shows that will not happen. This family leadership has shown for YEARS their disdain for all their stockholder and total lack of appreciation for them. The present CEO has proved that numerous times by her comments to stockholders on facebook when questioned with honest concerns.

Again if a new CEO is announced, that may be what excites the stockholders ------- at least temporarily.
