But today FID is only offering 6.75%...

Go to ATP and "Quotes" and scroll to bottom to "Shortable Shares" and click on "Call Fidelity". It will say "6.75%".

I believe they are looking for shares to short when the news hits...we jump several dollars and the shorts will attempt to drive it down.

I offered my shares and they are still there available. My intent is to pull (retract) the borrowing agreement when the shorts start pulling from my account.

Hit them when shorting demand is growing to at least make them pay higher interest.
