I’m trying to understand if reading comprehension is an issue for you or if it’s a matter of trying to fit pieces of a puzzle together on “my behalf” that really don’t “fit”.

Let me clarify. It is correct that the utility patent has expired for lack of maintenance payment. The “speculative nonsense” mentioned is about the incessant drumbeats that it’s all over for BIEL. That the death of BIEL is imminent as hammered by some is pure speculation and opinion, nothing more, nothing less. The same that it’s going to the Moon.

The particulars of anything patent related OTHER than the fact it is expired is purely speculative, yet frequently arrives here laden with fear/uncertainty/doubt by some and the nothing to see here posts on the flip side of the coin.

Only BIEL knows what is in process and whatever path they take or don’t take, and with whom or no one, for whatever reasons.

I don’t think I could be any more clearer than to say that one should be prudent when investing here. There are no guarantees, especially in the pinks. But for me, it is still worth a reasonable investment in light of the NOPAIN Act and CMS Insurance reimbursement.

At best, your “pump” interpretation on my behalf sure seems like a comprehension issue, or at worst, an ad hominem.
