And you don't believe "Patty" when she says this:

Based on the patent information provided, the patent was set to expire on May 10, 2029. The publication status indicates that the patent is expired, which suggests that the expiration is due to reasons other than the natural end of its term—such as lack of maintenance fee payment.”

Here's some empirical evidence if anyone's interested in the truth. Those who are interested only in pumping this stock and flinging feces will stop reading here and simply insult me.

$7750 would be the maintenance fee for a utility patent at 11.5 years, with a $500 late fee (either a late fee or a fee paid to this LLC, probably the latter). Here's the USPTO fee table. Look at maintenance fees for utility patents.

I assume that everyone sees that the $7750 fee would be for patent 8412328 only. Patent 8412328 was issued 04/02/2013. It expired in May 2021. That means it expired because BIEL didn't pay the maintenance fee at 7.5 years:

This LLC website is looking ahead to the 11.5 year payment for patent 8412328 as if the 7.5 year payment had been paid, which their AI robot is telling us didn't happen.
