Bottom line for me is that the definitive and authoritative source for what is really going on rests with BIEL, and at their discretion, the involvement of a Practice in Patent Law.

Postings on the forum with “conclusive” interpretations of it being all over for BIEL because of the patent issue is, well, patently speculative nonsense!
