Regarding the patent topic, it appears the application may have been filed, but it won't be "Official" until the patent is "Granted" and the final fees have been paid. It seems to me that inquisitive investors have discovered patents that were in process, but NOT yet approved in the past. I suspect MZ won't be talking about the topic until the patent is officially "Granted", but I could be wrong. An official announcement may not come until April in the form of a PR IMHO.... That said, I'm grateful for the investors who follow the Patent "Applications", as they give us a heads-up as to what is likely coming.

If I'm not mistaken, in the past year or so, one patent application had to be re-done, because as written, it was too general. I believe the company had to break the application down and re-submit as two or more separate applications to get it through the USPTO office requirements.

I'm just suggesting that there is a difference between the merit of an "Application" and a "Grant".
