Lots of drugs come into the country by the small port 20 miles from here.

One time, maybe 2-3 years ago, there were 1kilo packs of cocaine washing up on the beach maybe 30 miles from here.

The theory, at the time, was that it was being transported by a submarine from South America and the sub imploded.

Maybe, or maybe it was on a ship that got tipped off that customs was waiting for it and they ditched everything.
