My take is that “commercial agreements” in the 2nd section, and “milestones”, in the last section, are one and the same, as they both reference year end, but I understand others may see it differently. However, most here aren’t happy with “milestones” any more, as they can’t determine the significance of them in regards to this technology, so I’ll argue that hoping for a “milestone” PR is not what he intended.
