I understand but, IMO they have restructured the management team so that everyone answers to the execs from the headquarters office now, no leader in Europe, Asia, Africa, etc, they will appoint one Key account Manager in each country where the drug has been approved and they will report to headquarter. (if you look on AMRN main website, under career position offered, you see that position offered in "United Kingdom). This makes sense since each country in Europe has a different "medical governmental control system for coverage of drugs. Perhaps in the future when business has fully developed & is profitable, they will assign a VP in Europe, Asia, Africa, etc, but right now it would be a waste of money. Look whart happened in Germany for instance.
