"Most probably" EGOC is still in the process of building out their organization and business in order to follow through with their stated goals of listing to a higher board. In multiple EGOC official press releases they stated very clearly and precisely that they were/are laying the ground work for future change to another board (paraphrasing here) and they are "Most probably" schmack dab in the middle of that process and or getting closer to achieving those stated goals. It "Most probably" takes time to orchestrate and implement those stated plans. Just my opinions.
