I think timeframe depends mostly on when Europe gets "completed".

If (hypothetically) they were to capture Italy, France, and potentially Germany by end of 2024 (or at least close to final), then it moves up the timeline. But if those countries drag well into 2025, then it might take longer.

I get the feeling that a BP would want those countries wrapped up before they consider an offer.
