Just sell dude, take your loss and move on, you are becoming unbearable with the whining. Be an adult, pick up a phone and call and you will get all the answers you want(other than where any negotiations are at, if there are any ongoing). But this is a public company and there is only so much the company can say, especially when/if they are in negotiations with potential partners.

The IND has already had the initial meeting, it went as well as possible and yes, they obviously are good with the data supplied so far or it would not be proceeding to the next step that is required for IND approval and ultimately full market approval for the product.

Your insinuations that he is taking kickbacks are downright hilarious, if not bordering on slander.
