OT...I moved from north Ga to TN last year...North Ga is getting way too crowded. Too many apartments and not enough roads.

I moved to Alpharetta in 1994 it was beautiful then. Bought land for less than 20k/acre. Vinny's was the first place of business on Windward between 400 and Hwy 9.

There use to be at least a 10 degree difference between North Ga and downtown Atlanta because of all the tress and lack of roads/traffic. Not anymore.


Where I live now is like GA was back in the 90's...Lower taxes, conservative (normal) politics, affordable housing, cleaner air. And the beauty is you can still buy land for 20k/acre..
