Material news event I would think should be announced in an 8K and press release . Could they announce a Material News Event in the shareholder call first ? I wouldn't think so . If we don't get an 8K or press release before the meeting it might just be something other than that but time will tell. Question is can they announce big changes at the shareholder call and bypass 8Ks and a press release about this if it is consider material news . Any thoughts What is and isn't material news ???
