I don't know why they are reporting that, but I know they are WRONG. There is no FINRA notice for a name change for GRLT. GRLT still has the name Grillit attached to the ticker. That is very likely one the reasons why the deal with Global A Brands failed. That along with the unanswered and/or insufficient answers to FINRA about the "merger". They were probably looking to RS as well. FINRA would not process that corporate action request either with the situation GRLT is now in. The questions of fraud and all...

OTCMarkets has GRLT as Grillit, same as Ihub. Both of which wait till a corporate action notice has been published by FINRA. Grillt also has the name as Grillit in the recent disclosure statements.

AND Grillit the "company" has NEVER made a public notice informing the public of a name change or any other corporate action.

Edit: I just checked my broker Charels Schwab and they too have GRLT as Grillit same for Thinkorswim.
