Fdc4, anger can be good. It tells me Otiko actually gives a sh$t. On the other hand, it also means more delay....or worse. What could be worse?...the failure to comply with a regulatory body, be it the SEC, the FDA, etc. Making amends with the FDA means some sort of retesting or resubmission which means more money and more delays. Making amends with the SEC means issuing a year's worth of financial statements on or before a stated deadline, which is probably much more difficult. Doc would have to increase the authorized shares to raise cash, which also takes time. We could all speculate different reasons. Speculation is never good - thanks for giving me something else to worry about.
