Regarding the photonic memory device via the SHINE center.

That is pure early stage research.

Sure, it highlights the flexibility of the POET platform to accept varying technologies…but most of that work is still in simulation phase and very likely many years from commercial applications.

By then, I’m sure a better and simpler mouse trap will have been deployed that does not rely on a triple whammy of TFLN, MRRs, and a ferroelectric material.
