Agree. I meant that they had to have access to integrate it as if the acquisition had taken place (build several demo phones to showcase)

Unless I am mistaken, they are not waiting until march 31st (or until payments are made to get this ball rolling)

They have most likely been working together since sept 20th as if said acquisition was finalized. In order to achieve the acquisition, they both had to act as if it was completed to benefit them both.
