Precisely what I think it is, with a drop dead date of March 31st. Meaning, if together they can't get this launched and funded by then, let's throw in the towel. (Or just kick the can further) lol

To me, it seems like they are or have been showcasing it the last month or so (possibly longer).

It also tells me they are confident to have this launched by March 31st (if not sooner). They probably built in a little cushion to be safe annnnnnnd, for once, possibly hit a projected date? Dare to dream!
