Because they almost exclusively always take this long. They average out to be 1-3 months (but many are longer) once a process is started. We’re waiting for the process to start once news of finalizing hits. Finalizing in this case means once they pick a candidate which they haven’t announced yet. On the other hand $SPZI just did one in record time so who knows how fast this can happen once they have a final candidate which could be any day now. Such a clean shell and low shares this one is bound to be an area code changer for many
