Correction FS is on Hold...... I also look at it as if the FS wont happen....but he did say on hold...so maybe yes ...maybe no...would love to see it happen.

The framework anticipates issuing approximately 230 million new, restricted common shares of $SRNW in a share exchange with the shareholders of the target acquisition. No new preferreds will be issued. Ownership of the current preferred block will be transferred to new management

The framework a potential $SRNW acquisition is based on a current share structure around 50 million common shares. As such, the anticipated second forward split is on hold. 2 million shares will be issued to $FORW today, per the previously announced share purchase agreement.
