That's not a certainty and you know it... and say for example this hypes the SP up to $3. Is a 4% reduction in float worth a $50M (17%) reduction in cash on hand with ongoing losses and 7-8% interest rates if cash is needed in the future? Few would say that's a good deal.

Dont get me wrong. This is great news for everyone in at $1 if they have learned their AMRN history lesson and bank profits as that's a fantastic return. But it's all Denner pump not supported by company financials.
