I agree with the majority of your post Miami.

But just in case the above quote was directed at me..

I have over 5,000 posts on this board since June 2018 with only a handful of them being mildly critical. My last post being an example. Constructive criticism judicially used is not a bad thing. Except for a few, you would be hard pressed to find a bigger promoter of Actipatch and the company than myself.

I know people myself included who have invested tens of thousands of dollars into this Company. I also know people who have invested exponentially more than that. They deserve respect and gratitude from Kelly, not disdain.

If you reread my last post, you would see I was offering a defense for Kelly, leaving the door open as to why the patents lapsed and that there must be a good reason for it that we are not aware of.

Loyalty is a two way street. The question of the patents is existential and shareholders need and deserve a response from Kelly.

Believe me, if I wanted to throw shade on Biel I could make ddls look like Mr. Rodgers.
But I would never do that because I believe in the device and Biel’s mission.

I just hope we shareholders don’t get screwed in the process because I am not getting warm fuzzies from Kelly and I suspect I am not the only one.
