Can someone please interpret this bullsht? It appears to be in English but have another meaning in another language??
“Why only a dime? Sure.. We have to start somewhere I guess... We have been much higher then that before with only two open brick and mortar locations and now there are 8! The company has not written a convertible note in over 2.5 years. This to state the obvious is also throughout the most historic time we will probably ever live through in our lives, as well as arguably the most devastating to the industry we are in. No convertible notes issued, new locations opened, not closed. Large companies like Chuck E Cheese even went bankrupt. We have only ever issued fixed price convertibles historically. No convertible notes have been issued or converted anywhere near the price range we are currently trading in. Undervalued? Overvalued? I guess that's up to the market. I know where my belief stands.
We as a company will keep doing the best that we can behind the scenes to make sure that each and everyone of our good shareholders that own a piece of this business, can see it grow despite what the stock does on a day to day basis. If we get to 50 locations, will the stock be at .01? Sometimes the market lags, but we also acknowledge that communication needs to improve. So this is a small step in that direction.”
Seems we are closing cafes at the same rate we are opening them. Is that growth? Or pure stupidity for ever opening them as it never fit the original business plan which has been lost in the mere bullsht and wasted years.
Also, can all who feels communication has improved say I? Seems even more peeps are pizzed off, more now than ever, even the rah rah’s who are finally coming to the realization that these doinks don’t know what they are doing and have no real plan.
They WING everything. Like boomerang, they toss sht out there hoping it will return with something other than the same state it began in. These idiots are doing everyone an injustice staying in the leadership roles pissing away opportunities that someone who does not have their head up their azz could figure out.
Rogan ALMOST thought this company was beyond help, I remember him stating that fact. Let’s not get to the point of beyond help because arrogance and never ending lies with no business plan is becoming the real reality here.
Nobody can take these doinks seriously with anything they claim. They are the masters of wasting time, money, and energy into things that don’t produce results and claiming it was a lesson learned and they collected data from it. Just like their new no reach forum. Even a complete idiot could have told them their plan to absorb failing cafes, especially ones that don’t serve alcohol, was dipshtish at best. Get out of your own way and hire some competent people.
