I am going to have to side with you on that statement (neither will we) as we have been on the 1 yard line for over 15 months without updates.

It appears the previous CEO (XU) took SBES under his wings and used it (and shareholders) as an ATM machine taking a 1.5 b share company up to a 6.185 billion share company. That explains how XU gets rich. What other explanation is there.

4.5 b x .001 = 4,500,000 (he probably sold at a much higher price).

Maybe that is the way to get rich; quit trading buy a shell and make outlandish promises and then sell shares.
