Yes it would have been a lot faster and cheaper to get revoked & start a new company.
It’s almost like they know of a massive naked short position. Say in the 100s of millions to maybe even the billions.
Had they taken the cheap easy route the shorts would have won. Shareholders would have lost everything.
I wonder why they fought so hard?🤔
