Remember: the company won’t be resuming acquiring shares until two days following the 10Q first quarter filing due anyday now to stay Compliance with SEC Rule 10b-5

I don’t know if their instruction to the TA and marketmakers to acquire and warehouse shares has to stop during this period and they just can’t acquire it from them directly yet or if the entire process is on pause.

Unlike some of the irrelevant people on the board I’ve actually had a handful communication directly with the company and their answers to my questions and inquiries have me very satisfied. I’ve shared some of the things I feel relevant publicly so those interested can determine their own confidence alongside mine!
