LP. I dont recall a link for the 400b. Not sure if that was official.
I think bop originally felt the FDIC would go after 400b but since then backtracked on that prediction to the 100b range if I recall.

I think Wamu escrows would get 80-90% of that and FDIC gets the rest. So now the guess is 8-12 par. I have strong doubts though anything is possible.
I like to be cautiously optimistic so hold2wms prediction of one par is more realistic to me. Although I know we are entitled to much more!
So if Ps get face I think most would be happy with that to start with. I would be.
The big money is from the receivership and or trust, wherever the big bucks are hidden. We can bet our butts that the big boys and UW know Exactly where the money is stashed. Why havent they sued yet? Ha. Coattails.
So many avenues for payment. Some in cash, some stocks, some in divvies.
