I have personally met Steffan several times and all he did was lie about how great business is looking and all the deals he has coming....same shit for 2 years. I sold today and took a $30k loss....he has TOXIC FUNDING and it will never stop. His funder (TK) will keep converting at will for a big discount to the market and the selling will never stop. He has $5M in debts that the market will have to pay him as Steffan has NO BUSINESS and he will be increasing the Authorized to keep on letting the Funder dilute or he will sue his ass....this stock is dead and management is as clueless as any CEO I have ever met!!! It is all BS!!!
