They said on X that the filings are coming soon. Although they're not always on shareholders timelines, they do end up getting the financials filed.

One of their reps said this during December and the last two weeks of the month most industry employees are wrapping up the year or taking PTO with vacation time. The filings will probably hit in the next week or two. It'll get done, we all hope.

The big news everyone is waiting for is stability testing and selling products internationally. They said in PRs and tweets to expect it by end of January and can immediately go to market right after in Q1.

These are multimillion dollar deals and only the start and 2024 should be a pivotal year for Viaderma.

Trying to stay patient with this one but dealing with government regulators really sucks. Nothing ever goes according to plans and timelines with big government, but it does seem like there's a light at the end of a long dark tunnel and we're finally getting closer to the big bright light.
