I reached out to a buddy of mine before new years, they are an executive at a VC company that deals with IPO's and APO's of private company's that wish to go Public they finally got back to me I had asked if they could look into their opinion about this company and the Form 4s and possibly buy back.. they finally got back to me.. apparently there is instruction with some MMs to hold on to shares that's been in affect for a while - he had no idea how many shares or the $ value. or the reasoning the presumption was it was likely either to increase ownership of the Company's shares to reduce the float/OS and increase its EPS and increase its valuation &/or to retire them to the treasury, there are other reasons also they could be doing it , but according to them these are the 2 most likely aside from possibly using it as dividend distribution in the future to increase shareholder value, but was less inclined to think that from a a penny stock .. they were surprised to see a pink stock engaging in what appears to be a buy back of shares in this manner
