No. I'll explain why, again:
Your response is incomplete. It indeed "can turn a failed endpoint into a met endpoint." It also can leave it unchanged or make it fail 'more'. When you change (in this case, increase) a population sample size (the n), you also change the dispersions and means or LSMs (a lot, or a little). You increase the n to make the dispersions and means more credible. That's all.

So yes, it can turn the conclusion into "met". It can also turn it into more "fail". Or leave it about the same. There's no magic wand in statistics.

Doc made an important caveat in his comment about the trial being arguably underpowered. I pointed it out so folks weren't misled.Go back to those posts. Stats are not intuitive.
