Is_LPI weighing_new buyout_plan and_polling shareholders? LPI calling shareholders in new poll on buyout voting. https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-lpi-codelco-enter-into-binding-scheme-implementation-deed.7641553/page-290?post_id=71737224 .... kinda' makes you wonder now doesn't it? Because if management now does a 180 degree flip and decides to sell to a privateer like Tianqi, Eramet or LG then can you imagine how pissed-off those LPI shareholders who "early" sold shares right after the October announcement are going to be if the new sellout price is now going to be in the AU$1.00 to AU$1.48 per share price? Those "early sellers" of LPI shares are going to get a focking so bad that they might just kill somebody in their rage... especially if they find out that our insiders have been quietly buying spurned LPI shares November, December and January.

PS, Reneging on the Codelco deal would only cost us US$2,500,000 in penalty costs... a mere pittance in today's money.
