The MTD will be granted in a few weeks so that story needs to be downplayed.

Yes, NWBO will submit an amended complaint. And ....

What the "experts" fail to mention is that court disagreed with the big ticket item of a permanent price impairment due to spoofing. Only the sales by NWBO based on prices closely tied to the alleged spoofs matter. And the data on that comes out to almost nothing.

I did think it was weird that the board legal expert, hoofy, mocked me for suggesting the MTD would likely not be decided on in 2013.

Maybe discovery starts by late 2014 and will go well into 2015. Certainly no trial this year. And no way a settlement either.
