$ABQQ I was stumped trying to get to this OS math (250m) when the CEO owns close to 500 million shares? I don't play on the Big Board so I had to check on a few things I was not aware of? And then I found the answer to get 250 OS math! On the NYSE Shares held by directors, officers, or their immediate family members and other concentrated holdings of 10% or more are excluded in calculating the number of publicly held shares and market value of
publicly held shares.
