Funny you like DD unless it is contrary to your opinion. Just do a little DD on delisted stocks and what happens to them the majority of the time. These are not my words, that I posted that is why I posted them in quotes. It has been stated on many searches on what happens with delisted stocks that it is very rare for companies that are delisted that they ever come back, unless they have been delisted to go private. BTW the dilution statement is very true. How do you think they have been funding over the last three years . Without any financials out there they could have more than doubled the shares outstanding including the preferred stock that gets twice their original investment back in a liquidation plus high ranking on claims. But you have nothing to worry about since you are getting $50.00 per shares and not pennies per share.
