I believe that the company takes the position that the regulators do not look favorably on any type of public announcements regarding the status of the MAA with the MHRA until such time as something material happens (and that wouldn’t be that the MHRA is in receipt of the MAA).


Sure.

I have never seen any RA make any comment implying they do not want companies to disclose the submission process status. I have seen comments by the FDA asserting the would like sponsors to disclose more, but by law they cannot force that.

In every company I was invested with a major submission I have seen them disclose acceptance of a FDA NDA/BLA along with the PDUFA expected PDUFA date.

The only reason for pushing "silence": is so that pumpers can push false storielines.

Good news is that we will see the minuets of the CHM/.EAG meetings come summer so will no if the story being pumped in the silent period is pure BS.
