I believe the next thing we hear (prior to approval) is a partnership deal.

If you mean an agreement for a BP (likely PD-(L)1 player) to be a sponsor to a combo trial, sure. Could be. That would have the BP providing the drug their drug and some technical resources. There have been hundreds of such trials.

That is not what most in this space mean by a partnership agreement. The later is where the BP either takes over the drug complete via cash and royalties, or shares it by splitting both profits and costs.

I see no reason why a BP would have waited and lost years while LP slow played the process. If the P3 had data the BP liked the would have partnered years ago. They would have kicked the tries on the actual data back in 2019 (when NWBO said the trial data was ready for evaluation) and could care less about what NWBO has done this decade.

Time is money in this space.
