It seems like the Rett failure is a poor excuse for a lawsuit. The study was not well designed and failed to meet the primary endpoint. That happens in biotech and says volumes about management but is not a securities violation. It was powered more like a phase 2 than a phase 3 but was designated a phase 2/3 trial. Investing in Biotech always has failure as a possible outcome. I applaud Anavex for a clear and fairly complete PR yesterday and re-reading it i see no problems.
